In the wake of the massive 8-alarm fire that destroyed beloved Boston recording studio, Zippah Recording, the outcry of support and testimonials have been both humbling and motivational. The blaze took not only the building, but owner/producer/champion Brian Charles's priceless collection of instruments and equipment. With such a massive road to recovery ahead, these gracious Zippah artists have stepped in to share their awesome music!

With this compilation of songs, old and new, collected throughout Zippah's 3+ decades of operation, we are raising funds together to help Brian continue on his journey to rebuild Zippah in a new location. Those who contribute will receive not only this enormous collection, but a taste of the talent that was captured and a glimpse of the joy generated in that space on a daily basis.

Many of these songs were created start-to-finish within the walls of Zippah, with Brian himself and/or with Zippah staff engineers, some were created with independent producer/engineers. Some passed through simply to collect a scattering of overdubs, making use of some of the one-of-a-kind pieces from Brian's gear/instrument collection. A handful were mixed or only mastered at Zippah! It's a real mixed bag and a true testament to all the fun we've had!! Please enjoy your listen and thanks for your donation!
